Any person, firm, or corporation failing and refusing to abate said nuisance after having been given notice to do so shall be fined in an amount as set by the Board for each offense, and the existence of such nuisance on each separate day shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition, the village may remove the inoperable vehicle at the cost of the party responsible for said nuisance ten days after receipt of notice pursuant to § 90.05.
