For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle or part thereof which has been rendered inoperable so that the vehicle or any part thereof is incapable of being driven under its own motor power for a period of at least seven days, or any motor vehicle or part thereof that has become inoperable; whereby said motor vehicle or any part thereof harbors or maintains an environment susceptible to snakes, rodents, wild animals, or insects.
