(A) Myers Avenue shall be and is hereby closed to all traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on every day the Mid-America Preparatory School is in session. School authorities shall provide the Village Clerk with a copy of a school calendar for each succeeding year not less than seven days before the first day of school.
(B) Street signs shall be obtained by the village that set forth the hours the street shall be closed on school days and shall be installed at each end of Myers Avenue.
(C) School officials shall obtain “Road Closed” signs and barricades and shall place such signs and barricades at each end of Myers Avenue at 9:00 a.m. and shall remove the signs and barricades at 2:30 p.m. every day school is in session.
