SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   The speed limit of 25 mph is established for all streets within the village limits, except as follows.

   (B)   Thirty-five mph speed zones:

      (1)   Fayette-Shelby County Line Road between Moon Avenue and Myers Avenue;

      (2)   Fayette-Shelby County Line Road between Burrus Avenue and East Street;

      (3)   Moon Avenue between North Street and North Third Street; and

      (4)   North Third Street between Moon Avenue and Myers Avenue.

   (C)   Speed limit signs shall be erected on Broadway, Fayette-Shelby County Line Road, Moon Avenue, and North Third Street stating the speed limit and the signs shall be erected so as to be clearly visible to the drivers of motor vehicles on these streets, avenues, and roads. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on that portion of said street, avenue, or road at a speed greater than the established limits.
