(A) Upon substantial completion of the improveme nts, the contractor will request a final inspection of the project to be attended by public works personnel, the Town Engineer, contractor, and owner.
(B) During the final inspection, a punch list of discrepanci es will be identified. Once these discrepanci es have been corrected and corrective action verified, an acceptance letter will be issued by the town per § 50.44.
