All persons who have been issued licenses pursuant to this chapter shall permit entry to premises where social games are conducted to any deputy sheriff or city official, for the limited purpose of inspecting the premises and any activities, records, or devices involved in such games to ensure compliance with this chapter. Failure to permit an authorized inspection shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the involved social games license. (Ord. 566-09, 7-13-2009)
