2-6-2: AUTHORITY TO CREATE COMMITTEES:
In accordance with Oregon statutes and the City Charter, the City Council may establish by ordinance or resolution, standing and ad hoc committees as needed to facilitate City business and to advise the City Council on matters of interest to the City. (1995 Code)
