4-2-3: PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Term And Fee: Permits shall be issued for one year. Permit fees shall be determined by a city resolution. (Ord. 568-11, 11-14-2011)
   B.   Issuance Under Authority Of Fire Chief: Permits will only be issued at the city hall by city personnel under the authority of the fire chief.
   C.   Permit Specifications: Permits shall specify the type of waste to be burned and the exact location of the burn. (Ord. 497-93, 8-9-1993)
