Funds collected pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be set aside and used exclusively for one or more of the following purposes:
(A) Encouraging, promoting and fostering conventions, conferences and tourism development in the town;
(B) Promotion of cultural, recreational, commercial, industrial, educational and economic events or development for the town; and
(C) Solicitation of visitor attractions, events, tourism, conferences, conventions and meetings in the town.
