§ 33.19 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any of its sections shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished accordingly as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Every day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
