§ 33.08 FIREMEN’S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND.
   There is hereby created a Board of Trustees of the Firemen’s Relief and Pension Fund of the town, composed of the Board of Trustees, Town Clerk, Town Treasurer and two members of the Town Fire Department approved by the Board of Trustees as is provided for in 11 O.S. §§ 49-100.1 et seq., and acts amendatory thereto.
