§ 33.02 VOLUNTEER DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Number of firefighters. The Fire Department of the town is a Volunteer Fire Department which has in its employ not more than 12 full-time salaried firefighters (if any), and it shall be comprised of not less than 12 nor more than 20 volunteer firefighters.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER. One who is enrolled as a member of the Fire Department and who serves in such capacity without receiving a regular salary.
