§ 32.03 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Persons seeking employment as a police officer in the town shall be required to be certified by and follow the provisions set by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET).
   (B)   CLEET is authorized to conduct full-time Basic Peace Officer Certification Academies and other law enforcement related training for individuals not commissioned or appointed by a law enforcement agency under rules established by the Council.
