§ 31.071 RECORD OF ACTIONS.
   The Town Attorney shall keep a proper record of expenses and a register of all actions prosecuted or defended in courts of record, in which the town may be a party, and all proceedings had therein, which shall at all times be open to the inspection of the Board of Trustees.
