§ 31.070 MUNICIPAL COURT.
   When requested to do so by the Mayor, Municipal Judge or the Chief of Police, the Town Attorney shall appear in municipal court and prosecute complaints for offenses against the town ordinances, but he or she shall not be required to prosecute such actions unless the same are instituted upon complaint of some town officer.
