§ 31.069 ORDINANCES AND CONTRACTS.
   He or she shall draw such ordinances as may be required of him or her by the Board of Trustees, or by any committee thereof. He or she shall draw the leases, deeds, and papers connected with the Finance Department and all contracts for any of the other departments of the town when so required by the Board of Trustees.
