§ 31.023 APPOINTMENT.
   The Board of Trustees of the town may by ordinance provide for the submission to a vote of the qualified electors of the town the question of providing for the appointment by the Board of Trustees of the Town Clerk, the Town Treasurer or the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
