§ 31.004 PERSONNEL POLICY.
   There is hereby adopted by reference, as though set forth herein in its entirety, a personnel policy for the town entitled “Hennessey Employee Handbook”. A copy of the rules and regulations comprising said personnel policy shall be available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk.
