§ 30.08 SUCCESSION IN EMERGENCY.
   The line of succession to be used in establishing the government head of the town in the event of an emergency shall be as follows:
   (A)   Mayor;
   (B)   Vice Mayor; and
   (C)   Trustees of the town.
