(A) Time. The Board of Trustees shall hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month; provided that if such Monday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
(B) Location. Every meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held in the town hall unless, in case of an emergency, the Mayor designates another place in the town for the holding of a special meeting; provided, that any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place within the town designated by the Board.
(C) Special meetings. Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or any three Trustees.
(D) Open meetings. Meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be open to the public, pursuant to 25 O.S. §§ 301 et seq.
