§ 153.13 PREAPPLICATION REVIEW.
Prior to submission of an application for rezoning for PUD, the applicant should discuss with the Planning Commission the procedure for adopting a PUD and the requirements for the general layout of the major roadways and utilities, access to arterials, general design and narrative, the availability of existing services, and similar matters. The Planning Commission shall also advise the applicant, where appropriate, to discuss the proposed development with those officials who must eventually approve the various aspects of the proposal coming within their jurisdiction. The intent of the preapplication review is to expedite the mandatory design review process and to facilitate the approval of the master development plan.
