§ 153.11 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Generally. Within a PUD, all industrial uses shall comply with the minimum setback requirements and dimensional standards of the general industrial district or districts in which the PUD is located, subject to the perimeter requirements specified below. There shall be no minimum setback requirements for all other zoning districts within the PUD except as otherwise provided in this chapter and the construction codes of the town.
   (B)   Perimeter requirements. The building setback from the exterior boundaries of the PUD shall not be less than the minimum yards customarily required for the district or districts in which located. Provided, however, that perimeter setbacks along arterial streets shall not be less than the following:
