§ 153.06 NONRESIDENTIAL INTENSITY.
   (A)   The nonresidential areas as designated on the current town’s comprehensive plan within a PUD may be reallocated in comparable acreage within the PUD irrespective of the general zoning district boundaries, if such uses are designed and located to be compatible with the residential uses of the PUD and the residential use of adjacent properties. The high intensity industrial areas shall comply with the area regulations and dimensional standards of the applicable general zoning district.
   (B)   (1)   The low and medium intensity office and commercial areas shall not exceed a maximum permitted floor area computed as follows:

*Floor area ratio shall mean the gross area of building(s) divided by the lot area
 
      (2)   For the purposes of the above computations, gross area shall mean all commercially zoned land including one-half of the right-of-way of any abutting street.
      (3)   The intensity of use of a PUD containing two or more commercial zoning districts shall be separately calculated and allocated within the PUD by said general zoning district acreage.
