§ 152.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Legislature of the State of Oklahoma has in the Oklahoma Floodplain Management Act, 82 O.S. §§ 1601 through 1620.1, delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Board of Trustees of the town does ordain as follows.
