(A) The building and construction standards, specifications and guidelines of the Veterans Administration and Federal Housing Administration, as presently promulgated and as amended hereafter, are hereby adopted by reference for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration and use of residential structures and shall apply to all construction standards applicable by the town.
(B) At least one copy of said standards, specifications and guidelines is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk.
