(A) It is unlawful and an offense for any person to use or operate in connection with the drilling, reentry or reworking of any well within the town, any wooden derrick or any steam powered rig, and all engines shall be equipped with adequate mufflers approved by the oil and gas inspector.
(B) Permitting any drilling rig or derrick to remain on the premises or drilling site for a period of longer than 60 days after completion or abandonment of a well is hereby prohibited.
