All lease equipment shall be painted and maintained in a good state of appearance, and shall have posted in a prominent place a metal sign no less than two feet square in area upon which the following information shall be conspicuous: permittee’s name; lease name; location of the drill site by reference to the United States survey; identifying number of the permit issued by the town.
