§ 150.201 FORMS FILED WITH STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION.
   Copies of all applications, notices, forms, records, logs and the like filed by permittee with the State Corporation Commission shall be filed with the town within one week of such filing with the Corporation Commission. The oil and gas inspector shall keep confidential all submitted material which the state requires to be kept confidential.
