§ 150.190 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   Whereas the imprudent operation of an oil and gas facility can constitute a menace to the public health, safety and welfare of the town, it is the intent and purpose of this subchapter that oil and gas operations be reasonably regulated for the public good.
