It shall be the duty of every occupant of a park to give the owner thereof or his or her agent or employees access to any part of such mobile home park, manufactured home park or travel trailer park or their premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this chapter, or with any lawful regulations adopted hereunder, or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
