(A) Authority of inspector. The electrical inspector, while in the discharge of his or her official duty, shall have the authority to enter any building or premises at any reasonable hour, for the purpose of making any electrical inspection, re-inspection or test of the electrical equipment contained therein or its installation.
(B) Interference with inspector. Any person interfering with the electrical inspector shall be punished as provided for in this chapter.
