§ 150.029 PUBLIC SYSTEM AVAILABLE.
   Section 608.1 and 701.2 of the Plumbing Code is amended to include:
“The availability of a public water or sewer system shall be governed by the policies set forth in Chapter 154 of the Town of Hennessey Code of Ordinances.”
