§ 130.02 UNIFORM CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT ADOPTED.
   The penal provisions of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act of the state as set forth in 63 O.S. §§ 2-101 et seq., as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully and to the same extent as if set out herein.
