§ 119.06 EXCLUSIONS.
   Certain mobile food vendors shall be exempt from this chapter and the obligation to obtain a mobile food vending license as follows.
   (A)   Any mobile food vendor located and operating on private property owned by the same mobile food vendor shall be exempt.
   (B)   Any mobile food vendor located and operating on property within 200 feet of a commercial kitchen, or any restaurant, café or other eating establishment owned by the same mobile food vendor shall be exempt.
