Any applicant licensed as a mobile food vendor shall not:
(A) Park a mobile food vehicle on private property without permission;
(B) Park a mobile food vehicle within a residential neighborhood;
(C) Park a mobile food vehicle within 100 feet of any public or private school except when authorized in writing by such school;
(D) Park a mobile food vehicle within 100 feet of an existing restaurant, café or other eating establishment; or
(E) Park a mobile food vehicle within 100 feet of a special event staged on public property unless licensee has been pre-approved by the Town Administrator.
