§ 119.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE. Any motorized vehicle used to sell food or beverages by a mobile food vendor.
   MOBILE FOOD VENDOR. Any person or business entity who dispenses food or beverages from a food vending vehicle for immediate service and/or consumption.
