(A) No merchandise shall be sold which belongs to anyone engaged in the business of selling such merchandise.
(B) No more than four sales shall be had by the same occupant within one calendar year at the same location.
(C) Sales shall not exceed three days in length, and no merchandise shall be sold between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
(D) Signs which are used for advertising a garage sale are temporary signs and no sign shall be exhibited more than two days prior to the sale and must be removed the last day of the sale. Such signs shall be no larger than two square feet in surface area and shall be limited in number to two signs on the property on which the garage sale is to be conducted, and two signs off the premises and shall not be placed on private property without permission.
