No person, other than a public or private school, or church shall hold a garage and yard sale without first obtaining a permit from the town hall, which shall issue such permit upon application. The permit shall designate the days and places of sale and shall be displayed at the time and place of the sale. The permit fee is as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees.
