§ 117.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE AND YARD SALE. A sale of five or more items of used clothing, furniture, home appliances and merchandise generally used in a home, which has been used by the person offering the same for sale.
