(A) Every vehicle used in making solicitations governed by this chapter shall have attached to both sides thereof a sign indicating the name and address of the applicant and of the person, firm or corporation which he or she represents and the kind of goods offered for sale or the service to be performed.
(B) The letters on such sign shall be not less than two and one-half inches in height.
(C) Such signs shall be presented to the Town Clerk and approved by him or her prior to issuance of the license required by this chapter.
