§ 111.67 POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It is unlawful for a person who is under 21 years of age to purchase, or accept receipt of, or have in their possession an alcoholic beverage, or to present or offer to any person any purported proof of age which is false, fraudulent or not actually his or her own for the purpose of purchasing or receiving an alcoholic beverage. Provided however, that it shall not be unlawful for such a person to handle such alcoholic beverage when required in the performance of such person’s duties.
