§ 111.50 SALE, BARTER OR GIFT TO PERSONS UNDER 21.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter or give to any person under age 21 any beverage containing more than 0.5% of alcohol measured by volume and not more than 3.2% of alcohol measured by weight. Provided, a parent as regards his or her own child or children is excepted from the provisions of this subchapter.
