Violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter shall, in addition to the penalties provided herein, be cause for revocation of the license issued to any such person, partnership, firm or corporation, following notice and an opportunity for hearing; and the same may be thus revoked by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees, and upon such revocation no part of the license fee paid shall be refunded.
