§ 111.33 INTOXICATED PERSONS; SALES; DRINKING IN PUBLIC.
   (A)   Sale to intoxicated persons. No person, at any place within this town, shall sell, deliver or knowingly furnish any alcoholic beverage to an intoxicated person or to any person who has been adjudged insane or mentally deficient.
   (B)   Drinking in public. No person within this town shall drink intoxicating liquor in any public place, nor shall any person be intoxicated in a public place within this town.
   (C)   Places of business. No person operating a café, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within this town and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a café, restaurant, or club, or place of recreation, shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in such place of business.
