(A) No retail package store premises shall be open for the purpose of selling any alcoholic beverage at any hour other than between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
(B) No sales shall be made or retail package store premises be allowed to remain open for the purpose of making sales or receiving deliveries of alcoholic liquors on the day of any general, primary, runoff primary or special election while the polls are open whether on a national, state, county, city or town election, or on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
