§ 111.04 CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the Town Clerk to issue certificates of compliance with municipal zoning ordinances and health, safety and fire codes as required by 37A O.S. Applicants shall furnish to the office of the Town Clerk such information as the town staff may require, together with bond or surety sufficient to satisfy the occupational tax imposed by this chapter. Said bond or surety shall be payable to the town at such time as the applicant is licensed by the ABLE Commission.
   (B)   An applicant’s proposed location and use thereof shall be in conformance with the laws of the state and with the ordinances of the town and shall pass all necessary health, safety and fire code inspections or no certificate of compliance shall issue. The Town Clerk shall act with regard to the issuance or refusal of said certificates of compliance within 20 days after the receipt of an application therefore.
