§ 111.03 ABLE GOVERNANCE.
   From and after the effective date of this subchapter all matters relating to the regulation of alcoholic beverages shall be governed by the provisions of the Alcohol Beverage Control Act, codified in 37A O.S., except as may be provided for by the provisions of this subchapter.
