(A) Supervision. Swimming pools of the town or any other recreational facility shall be under the Department of Parks and Recreation.
(B) Obeying hours and rules. It is further provided that no persons shall trespass, climb upon any fence or otherwise enter the swimming pool area at times not allowed and as provided by the rules and regulations set for the use of any park, swimming facilities or other recreational facilities of the town, and provided the town shall not be liable for any injury resulting from climbing or any unlawful use of the swimming pool area or any other park area, and parents of any child or children abusing such privileges shall be liable for any misuse or abuse.
