§ 98.03 POWERS AND DUTIES OF MUSEUM TRUSTEES.

   The Museum Board of Trustees shall have charge of and control the museum for the town, and shall be authorized to:

   (A)   Rules and regulations. Make rules and regulations governing the establishment, management and improvement of the museum;

   (B)   Reports. Make written reports to the Board of Trustees by the first Wednesday of each month; and

   (C)   Debts. The Board of Museum Trustees is specifically excluded or denied the authority to incur debts or obligations against the town.
