(A) Animal structures. Every stable, structure, pen, coop or place wherein an animal is kept or permitted to be shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, devoid of rodents and vermin, and free from objectionable odors.
(B) Manure. Manure shall be hauled outside the town in a manner which does not jeopardize the public health, or else shall be spread evenly upon the ground and turned under at once or as soon as the weather permits.
